Isocrete K-Screed (Laid under warranty)

A fast drying screed that can be laid bonded from 15 or 20mm, depending on bonding agent, or from 40mm unbonded.

With a drying time of 25mm per week, K enables vinyl coverings to be laid sooner.

Isocrete Fast-K (Laid under warranty)

Another fast drying screed that can be laid at the same depths as K. This product will dry at 50mm per week after a 12 hour cure.

Isocrete Screedfast (Laid under warranty)

A rapidly drying screed that can be laid to the same depths as K. Screedfast1000 can receive floor coverings after just 3 days and Screedfast2000 can receive floor coverings after just 24 hours.

Isocrete Self-level Renovation Screed (Laid under warranty)

As the name suggest, this is a self leveling screed that can be laid at depths between 7 to 50mm. This product can be laid unbonded incorporating reinforcement mesh and can integrate with under floor heating systems.

Isocrete Self-level 1500

Another self-level product that can be laid on concrete or existing screed at a depth of 0 - 20mm. This product can receive a floor covering after 24 hours.

Isocrete SLB

A self-leveling screed that can be laid on concrete or an existing screed to a depth of 7 - 50mm. Floor coverings can be laid after 24 hours.

Isocrete Self-Level Plus

A self level screed that can be laid on concrete or an existing screed to a depth between 3 - 30mm. Floor coverings can be laid after 24 hours.

Isocrete M-Bond Extra

A resin that is applied in two coats to form a DPM. When used in conjunction with Isocrete K-Screed it can be laid to a minimum of 15mm.

Isocrete Isopol SBR

An additive to traditional sand & cement screeds. The addition of SBR forms a hard wearing surface. This product can be utilised in bonded screeds from 10mm and in unbonded screeds from 40mm. This product can also be used in conjunction with a surface sealer.

Isocrete Isogran

A liquid polymer incorporated in to a sand & cement screed to produce a hard wearing surface. This product can only be used in bonded screeds with a minimum depth of 30mm.

Granolithic Screeds

This is a traditional sand & cement screed with an additive of granite chips. This produces a hard wearing surface and can be laid bonded from 30mm and from 65mm on unbonded or floating screeds.

Mapei Topcem

A modified cement screed that can be laid bonded or unbonded at depths from 20 mm dependant on construction type. Topcem can receive a floor covering after 5 days in ideal conditions.
